We threw a wonderful party with a few families from school. It was so much fun seeing them all dressed up!

Here are a few highlights..enjoy!!!

Zooey (5months) a kitty fairy.

Joshua (2months) a pumpkin

Family Day in the Blue Ride Mountains

Today was family day as is every Sunday so we packed up and drove an hour north to the Blue Ridge Mountains. We wanted to see some fall foliage since the weather has gotten much cooler. Some of the leaves have changed but not all....it was still very pretty. The mountains in northern GA provide a beautiful scenic drive. We parked in Blue Ridge the town and spent a few hours there checking out the shops, had lunch and got some really good sweets. It was a perfect day weather wise and James was so great as always. On the way home we stopped in @ Target and bought him a Halloween costume! You'll have to wait a few days to see what it is...(trust me it's worth the wait!)

Here are a few pics from the day...

The bench had 2 Bears carved from wood...very cute.

My two handsome men!

He is my little buddy

Flying Baby!!!

James wanted to drive home..but dad insisted he sat in the back with mommy : )

~Giggles~

James spent some time with Daddy this morning before Jake left for OSCES!
He is such a drool machine...

~Big Day~

Today is a BIG day for Jake!!!! It is National OSCE day. OSCE is a nation-wide assessment for all upper quarter Chiropractic students. If they pass (which Jake will..of course!) they can then continue into out-patient clinic next quarter and serve as a chiropractor for the community...BIG STUFF! The test is a series of diagnosis as well as adjusting assessments.

Jake as been studying hard all week and I know he will do just great. After OSCE today, Life University has it's Home-Coming Thursday - Sunday! We hope to attend some events as well as take advantage of the extra days off. Midterms are soon approaching and any free time to study is taken well advantage of.

Jake gets his OSCE scores Friday, so we will be sure to let you know how he did!

Our Little Nosepicker...HA!

James did this all own his own...I had him on the couch and he was sucking his fingers (big surprise)..I turned to get the camera & this is what he was doing when I turned back around....
