Pictures...At last!!!

Yaya gave James the biggest monkey he had ever seen!

We had so much playing in the leaves!

James looks like SUCH a big boy in the picture.

Happy Halloween!!!

I am finally updating the blog with pictures from our trip to Boston for Maureen's Wedding! James and I left Wednesday afternoon and of course we had a great flight.  James was perfect the entire trip.  He watched Nemo (big surprise), ate snacks and looked through books.  We also had a wonderful women sitting next to us.  She was SO friendly and understanding to a mommy's needs when flying with a child.  And the crazy thing is..her name is Alexandra, and went by Sasha....talk about a gift from above!

So after a great flight Deanna picked us up form the airport and we headed to my mom's!  The week was really great!  Thursday James and I FINALLY got to meet his God-brother Aki.  Tanya and I had a really nice visit.  Friday Marie can over and we all played in the leaves for awhile, then headed inside for Apple-cider donuts and cider.  It was too short of a visit but as always I love seeing her!  The best part of that day was Jake's surprise trip to Boston.  He called me Friday night at 7 p.m. and said he was getting on a 9:30 flight!!!  I am SOOO happy!!!
Saturday was Dean's birthday and we had a family party at my mom's.  We got to see everyone!
Sunday was Maureen's wedding and it was wonderful!  She looked like a doll!  James got the spend the entire day with Yaya and Jake and I got to go to the wedding and catch up with many old friends.
Monday was a very relaxing day since our flight was not until 6:00.  We went to the park, all took a nap and had lunch.  I was able to change my flight to Jake's and Delta waived the $150+ fee.
All-in-all it was a perfect little vacation and Jake's surprise visit was the greatest.  I am so luck y to have such an amazing fiance.  I love him so much!!!

Updates!

Hello Friends & Family,

Again my apologies for not updating the blog in such a long time.  Jake and I have begun another quarter and already WOW is it busy.  We are super but more focused then ever!  I am taking 27.5 credit hours as well as dancing on the Life U Basketball Dance Team.  I was also recently asked to be the Dance Team Captain. I accepted the temporary position and look forward to encouraging and motivating the team.   Jake is taking some of the last classes he needs to graduate and is preparing to Intern with a local Doctor in January.  He is spending time growing as a Chiropractor building the tools needed to be successful.  Jake is going to make quite the presence on the Chiropractic profession once he gets his license.  We will also find out his board scores in just a couple of weeks!

Now on to James.  He is such a little boy now.  Just this morning I dropped him off at Debbie and Nicky's and he said "Bye Mamma"...."I yayou" (I love you).  My heart melted!  He loves music and has recently demonstrated that he loves to sing.  If you put music on loud and sing James will join in just as loud.  (He LOVES to hear his own voice).  He is also in love with a box of dinosaurs Debbie bought him and carries them around with him everyday.  He is spending wonderful time with Debbie and Nicky.  Nicky's mom Nova Jean is here as well living with Jake's parents.  We are SO happy to have her here in Georgia.  Her company and presence makes us all smile!

This weekend we will be taking James to pick pumpkins in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  We will be sure to take pictures and post them asap.
It is going to be a great quarter. We have lots planned from a trip to Boston in 2 weeks, seminars, Thanksgiving at our house, studying ALOT and family outings!

Sending everyone our love and well wishes!
